Ensure Complete Data Security & Compliance
Other companies claim to erase sensitive information from your IT equipment using a variety of software programs.
Keystone guarantees your information is destroyed. We shred your hard drives, compact disks, back up tapes, smart phones and any other media which your organization used to store data. In our secure facility, we have the capability to shred thousands of drives each day, reducing your data to shards of metal and plastic that will never present a risk of exposure.
Safe, Secure and Reliable
We mitigate risk with our secure chain of custody. All material will be palletized, loaded and handled by our experienced employees, transported in our private, GPS monitored truck, and the contents will be stored in our secure 24 hour video monitored facility. We do not subcontract our work and the material will always be in our possession.
Our procedure also includes removal and shredding of any loose papers, documents, brochures, fliers, floppy disks, flash drives, thumb drives, compact discs and/or DVD’s, sim cards, PDA’s, cell phones or any media that may contain data. We will remove all asset tags and record the make, model and serial number of each item.
We will provide detailed audit of each item and a certificate of destruction for compliance with reporting standards including FISMA. HIPAA, SOX, FACT, ACT and GLBA.
Keystone carries sufficient liability insurance to provide coverage in the unlikely event of a data security breach.
On Site Data Destruction
Keystone also offers on site hard drive destruction for clients whose compliance standards require such services. Our on-site solution utilizes a self contained hard drive destruction hammer press that quietly, easily and efficiently renders the drives inoperable. The end result is a drive which is safe for transport back to our facility for final destruction in our shredder.
Drive Erasure
In addition, we offer Blancco© Security Suite drive erasure software. Data which has been erased by Blancco cannot be recovered with any existing technology. The end result is a device that’s safe for second life applications such as donations, redeployment or resale.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
